Cassava Starch

Properly cleaned cassava root is ground by rasper into cassava pulp which goes through a centrifuge screener for removing fiber to become crude starch pulp. Protein contained in crude starch pulp is removed by separator to become thin starch milk, which is further thickened and refined by hydrocyclone. The qualified starch milk is dewatered in a scraper centrifuge and dried in the flash dryer to obtain the final starch product.

We provide turnkey cassava starch plant for you with capacity ranging from 100TPD to 3,000TPD.
