Myande organic impurities inactivation technology uses hot saturated water vapor with supplementary indirect heating method to heat organic impurities up to 80~100°C while increasing humidity up to ≥95%, and maintain the temperature and humidity for 5~15min according to process requirements. When water vapor condenses, latent heat thus generated heats organic impurities uniformly and quickly and keeps them at a high temperature for required time, so that quarantine pests and other harmful organisms are killed. Material after inactivation requires drying and cooling before further processing.
